The Service Profit Chain Institute (SPCI) has launched several innovative new offerings for its consultancy, including Xenlulu and the launch of its CX Workout Platform. We worked alongside SPCI to develop options on the forward-looking financial potential for these initiatives that explored key strategic decisions such as offering design, pricing, and resource allocation.
Working with SPCI’s President, Joe Wheeler, we outlined the product launch, the audience, and anticipated unit economics. We then researched similar platform offerings to establish competitive positioning on pricing and product offering. Finally, we developed forward-looking financials in Quantrix that allowed for dynamic review and exploration of multiple P&L, Cash Flow, and Valuations.
The financial models were a core part of early product design and launches for SPCI, including the launch of software application CX Workout which was recently acquired by Decooda from The Service Profit Chain Institute in February of 2020.
