Research, Strategy and Modeling for the Energy Market
- The energy marketplace is undergoing profound changes. Disruptive technologies, new business models and consumer priorities are changing the way energy is generated, distributed and consumed. The energy landscape remains fractured as this new paradigm of offerings works to meet the requirements of markets within the framework of regulation and infrastructure.
- Established companies serving the energy industry and the utilities at the center of it all understand that those players who stubbornly defend their turf and remain wedded to outmoded technologies and systems will lose. We believe that energy players who integrate new solutions that meet end user needs while capitalizing on consumer access, goodwill, and industry experience can win big.
- First Steps Consulting works with clients to understand their current position and works with them to shape direction, services and structure to take advantage of the shifting energy and demand management sector. Supported by our deep analytic foundation we collaborate with clients to define objectives and focus efforts that lead to market success.
