Welcome to the inaugral post of the Innovation as Strategy blog. This blog will be managed by Brian Goodman and the First Steps Consulting team and is focused on exploring the critical role that innovation plays as a strategic tool for startups, corporations, government and the nonprofit sector.
In our role as consultants in each of these sectors, we have noticed the foundational role that innovation plays in establishing and maintaining strong value propositions in the market, nonprofit or public sector.
